Experienced Women’s Health Coach, Lesley Waldron, guided attendees through effective strategies to support their physical and mental wellbeing during the menopause transition. The talk aimed to provide a better understanding of hormone changes and their impact, as well as identify key areas for creating supportive habits and mindset strategies. Attendees left with a deeper understanding of the peri to post-menopause transition and felt inspired to take action to support their wellbeing in the present and as they age.
About the speaker
Lesley Waldron is a certified Women’s Health Coach whose work has impacted thousands of women since 2014 when she began focussing on supporting women through perimenopause. She has a passion for the outdoors and for helping women find their zest for life in midlife and beyond. Based in the South West, Lesley has a successful private coaching practice and also runs an outdoor fitness business, Wild Country Woman.
