5. Implementation

  • Policies and Procedures: We will develop and regularly review policies (e.g., anti-harassment, complaints) to promote equality of opportunity.
  • Training and Awareness: We will provide staff, volunteers, and relevant stakeholders with ongoing training and awareness campaigns to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities under this Charter.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: We will gather feedback, data, and relevant metrics to track our progress in promoting equality of opportunity. Findings will be reviewed by management and used to inform improvements.

6. Feedback and Complaints

  • Individuals who feel they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or any breach of this Charter can raise concerns confidentially through our complaints or feedback procedure
  • All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and resolved following our standard processes.

7. Review and Updates

This Equal Opportunity Charter will be reviewed on a regular basis (at least annually) or in response to legislative changes or organizational requirements. Any significant revisions will be communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
