About the Speaker

“I’m a Certified Life Coach, (decaf) cappuccino lover and married mum to two t(w)een kids and a dog.

I got into life coaching not knowing what I was letting myself in for; I couldn’t possibly have foreseen the transformative effect it would have on my life!

Hadn’t I embarked on this initially scary journey of being coached, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be with my wonderful husband now, would unlikely be a mum, wouldn’t have started my businesses, and definitely wouldn’t have become a coach myself.

At the time I saw no way out of my busy corporate life, I was stuck on the hamster wheel of the 9-7 in the big smoke, living in a shared house.

But I wanted more: a loving relationship with the possibility of starting a family, having a proper home and doing work on my own terms.

Having been coached out of my version of ‘stuck’ is why I now work with ambitious and high-achieving women who also want more in life. Their DIY solutions and self-coaching skills are failing them and they get utterly frustrated and worn out by the lack of headway towards better results. All they want is to feel accomplished, connected, joyful, independent, and free”.
